Is this a good deal on a 2023 Raptor 37 package?

I forget Canada is even up there sometimes, haha.

Here’s a random question for you: if you had a paid-off 2023/2024 Raptor in the U.S., could you drive up to Canada, sell it, and make some profit? Or would the exchange rate and taxes wipe out any gains?

Raptors are in high demand in Canada. The deal in Oshawa sounds fair. I bought mine in Burlington, Ontario, at Leggat. There’s about a 30% difference in currency in favor of the USD.

I think I’m gonna go sign for it today. Thanks for the info!

Take a 2024 for a test drive—you’ll feel the difference. The big question is: 2023 37s or 2024 35s? Are you planning to off-road or use it mainly for daily driving? Alberta has some good dealers offering solid discounts if you’re looking for deals.

Only if it’s an R model.

I’ve seen Raptors go for $130k out the door without the 37 package, so your deal sounds decent.

This one’s lightly used, and the only thing it’s missing is the upgraded sport seats (which I don’t really care for). I think I’m buying it this week. Thanks for the comment!

Enjoy it, man! Raptors are awesome trucks. They’re miles ahead of anything else out there, maybe except for the TRX.

Quick question: there’s another 37 package, but it’s a 2024 and $11k more with 8k km. Do you think the 2024 is worth the extra cost, or should I stick with the good price on the 2023?

Personally, I always compare prices with what new models are going for. Right now, you can get a new non-37 Raptor for $77k, maybe even cheaper. New 37 packages are going for $87k or less if you shop around. And new trucks have lower interest rates. So, it’s really your call.

Good point. Here in Canada, interest rates are about the same whether new or used. A 2024 37 package is priced around $120k-125k, so this 2023 for $97,500 seems like a solid deal, considering it’s over $20k cheaper.

No, I wouldn’t go for it.

It’s just a box on wheels. No pickup truck is worth that much.

Haha, you’re not wrong!

And a Bugatti is just a fancier box on wheels for 30 times the price!

Yeah, tons of sports cars and supercars aren’t worth the price either. It’s all about the brand.
