Is this a good deal on a 2023 Raptor 37 package?

I found a 2023 Raptor 37 package with 16,800 km on it. The out-the-door (OTD) price is $97,500 Canadian. In the U.S., it’s around $71,580 USD. Do you think this is a fair price?

I thought you were talking in U.S. dollars at first! But yeah, in Canadian dollars, that seems reasonable. If it’s the truck you want, go for it.

Hell yeah, go for it!

And it’s not an R? :joy:

Those are loonies, my friend! Haha.

Guess you didn’t read the whole post, huh?

An R is $150k here in Canada, so nope, not an R!

Why are you getting downvoted? Doesn’t make sense.

I just picked up a 2024 with the 802A package for $80K USD. It had only 1,700 miles on it.

Yeah, that’s about $11k more Canadian. There’s a 2024 37 package on the lot with 8,000 km for $108,000 (around $80,000 USD). Would you say it’s worth spending the extra $11,000 to get the 2024, or is the 2023 still a good deal?

If you’re planning to take it off-road, I’d say go for the 2024. It has those new dual live valve shocks.

No off-roading planned, but you never know!

The dual valve shocks are only on the 802A package. Here’s what the 802A 37 package includes:

  • 37x12.5R17 A/T tires
  • Unique 17" bead-lock capable wheels
  • Dual valve shocks
  • Raptor 37 graphics
  • Modular front bumper
  • Suede and leather Recaro seats
  • Carbon fiber interior trim

Yep, that’s exactly what we’re talking about. The 37 package AND the 802A trim.

Honestly, if it didn’t have the 802A package, I’d still be happy. The 2024 has a heads-up display (HUD) and a few other new features, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price difference. But I got above book value for my trade, so I’m happy with my deal.

That’s always a great feeling, knowing you got a good deal. Congrats on your 37! I’m still deciding between the 2023 and 2024… decisions, decisions!

I’d go for the 2024. I had a 2023 and the upgrades on the 2024 really make a difference. Better suspension, sound system, and more features overall.

How’s the road handling with the upgraded suspension? Is there still a lot of body roll, or does it feel more stable?

I think the 2023 is a better buy. You still get the torsion front end, which is solid.

$71,580 USD? That’s a great deal! Used 2023 Raptors are going for that price here.
