Thinking about buying this truck… any red flags?

UNLIMITED CRINGE here lol

20-inch wheels on a Raptor? That’s a serious no-go.

Yup, most of these are just highway/Starbucks cruisers anyway.

Yeah, Starbucks cruisers for sure! Hurts to see them like this :joy:

What exactly do you mean by cams and bearings? Cam phasers are common, but camshaft work or internal engine issues? That’s a hard pass from me.

Plus, the mods are kinda cringey, and it’s overpriced for the mileage.

@Remy
Cam phasers, yeah, that’s expected. But if it’s actually cams… steer clear for sure. Wheel bearings could be due at that mileage too.

At least you know it’s probably never seen a trail.

Cam phasers might be okay since they revised them, but that 10-speed transmission? Could go either way.

Yikes… pretty bad taste in mods.

Says it just had a ‘full service’… but that was 28,000 miles ago! I’d skip it and look for something with fewer miles and a better service record. The cam stuff is just odd too.

Look at that front bumper… honestly, it makes the truck look worse. Can’t believe someone paid to add that.

Those wheels and tires… awful!

Yep. Pretty much all of them.

Hey, I’ve got a 2020 802a package for sale if you’re interested.

So he had to put in a new A/C unit? Not a great sign. And do you trust the lift kit? Is it a good quality one, and who installed it? Tires look cool, but how well did your friend take care of this truck? I’d go for a 2019 or newer instead.

Honestly… that Ford logo alone is a red flag.
