Looking at a 2024 Raptor with an MSRP of 82,605.
My dad was a GM UAW worker, and he said he is pretty sure his employee discount works at Ford because it is a UAW manufacturer.
Do you guys know if this is true and if so what I could expect the discount to be?

It’s really tough to even find one; it’s almost impossible. They might show up at dealerships a few times a year, and when they do, they sell within a day or two for about $15k over the factory invoice. They’re not going to sell one for any less than that.
You get different pricing, but it doesn’t really make a significant difference—it’s about $500 less than what a franchise dealer would pay.

With that said on a normal vehicle like the 22 Tremor I bought 2 years ago. I got almost $6,000 off the msrp sticker price with X plan pricing. So it’s more than $500.
