Sounds like you need a minivan instead.

Classic ‘get a minivan’ argument. Let’s be real, though, no one here wants that.

Exactly. Someone who picks a Ranger Raptor over an F-150 isn’t doing it by accident. It’s because they want something smaller.

Fair point. Just throwing it out there as a joke.

I think my profile speaks for itself.

@Hartley
What exactly does an F-150 do better for family duties?

The back seat of an F-150 is massive. The Ranger’s is just… not.

For me, a used F-150 Raptor makes more sense. But yeah, Ford doesn’t build used F-150s.

The Ranger is way more capable than an F-150… except in Baja scenarios.

What makes the Ranger better? Less power, less space, smaller bed. It only wins on trails and mpg.

@Sterling
That’s exactly the point. People are buying it for off-roading.

Drove one, and it’s amazing. Smaller, more capable off-road, and way easier to handle on tight trails compared to an F-150. I’m planning to buy one soon.

That infotainment tablet is terrible. Why didn’t they use a better screen?

My favorite truck right now. Wish I wasn’t broke so I could buy it.

I have one and love it. Quick, capable, and perfectly sized for what I need.

This or the ZR2?

Love the Ranger Raptor but can’t justify replacing my old Tundra yet. Maybe someday.

The original 2012 F-150 SVT Raptor was $44k. Can’t even get a Ranger Raptor for that now. Crazy.

Love my F-150, but if I moved back to the city, I’d trade it for a Ranger Raptor in a heartbeat.

Tried ordering one in Houston. Dealer wanted a $10k markup. Super disappointing.

A true truck guy’s sports car is the Lightning. Faster, handles better, and doesn’t need gas.
