I’m looking for options to get some more power out of my 2024 F150 Raptor. Unfortunately, I found the power output and acceleration to be a bit underwhelming, and the Raptor R was way out of my price range with the dealer markups.
I was hoping for a tune option like Cobb with some supporting mods to push an extra 100-150 hp, but I can’t seem to find anything past the 2023 model year.
Hennessy offered to do their VelociRaptor upgrade with a 100 hp gain for $40K, including the appearance upgrade, or $20K for a drill-down version with just the performance upgrades. The list of upgrades definitely didn’t justify the cost.
I don’t think there’s anything out for the 24s yet. The 23 and 24 ECUs are still locked. If I’m remembering correctly, you have two options. Buy a 22 ECU (or is it the PCM?) and swap it out to use one of the established tunes, or wait until the ECUs can be unlocked by the tuning platforms.
Premium fuel will net some more hp if you’re not already using it; not the 100+ you’re looking for, though. Best option is to just wait. If you’re not off-roading it, the PowerBoost is quicker. Or you could buy a 21 that can be tuned or swap an unlocked ECM into yours.
Just wait for Ford’s tune for the 2024/25. It will drop very soon, probably timed with the RHO release. I’m sure we’ll see more increase than the silly one offered for the 2021-23 models.

Damn, I’ve been waiting for the '23 tune to come out since they announced, and your comment got me excited for a second—then I saw why you called it silly. Disappointing.

Yeah. They posted it on social media a week or two ago and took it down because they were getting roasted. It was only a 16HP gain.

I would never pay $900 for 16hp . Who at Ford thought it was a good idea? What a waste of time, lol.
