Thx! The dealership had it hooked up to the “rotunda” (that’s what they called it) seeing if there was a parasitic draw and found nothing pulling from the battery after the vehicle shut down completely. I believe you’re suggesting it could be intermittent - and to check it with a meter, pull the running board fuse, and then check it again next morning? Or did I misread? Thank you!

While I am hoping you solve the problem, this might enlighten you on Ford’s battery management system (BMS) and some common issues that come with it. There is a well-known issue in the Ford Focus ST world pertaining to battery issues. I experienced it first hand with my 2017 Focus ST. Not sure if the Gen 3 Raptor has the same BMS style and pigtail, but it’s an educational read either way. It’s a finicky set-up for sure. Good luck!
