I might be the odd one out, but it looks like the frame rust is mostly surface. If that’s the case, you could patch it or swap the cab if you really want to keep it.

The clamp’s holding it together just enough so it doesn’t fall apart under hard braking.
Mine’s like that too, but it still runs well. Just not a pretty sight with all that rust.
And I thought rust was bad in SoCal…
