I can’t remember the last time I saw fog this thick. Took the dog out, and it was spooky how dark and hard it was to see. Visibility was barely 20 feet ahead. Anyone else experiencing this? (Scotch Plains)
I was driving on the GSP between exits 91 and 109, and it was so eerie! Felt like I was stuck in some strange, foggy dream.

Same stretch of road earlier, and my windshield kept getting gunked up. Went through an entire tank of washer fluid trying to keep it clean!
@Adair
I didn’t notice anything like that, just the condensation from the fog.
It really does feel spooky out there.
What got me was how dense the fog was, but I could still see the stars. It was like a weird ground fog—super eerie.

Same here while walking my dog. I also noticed some areas were clear while others were foggy. Felt like the fog was playing hide-and-seek!
Drove on 206 between Somerville and Princeton, and it was brutal. Could barely see a thing.
No pictures? Imagine if we had fog and snow at the same time.

We get freezing fog sometimes in coastal New England, but I’ve never seen it happen in NJ.
If you’re walking your dog in this weather, please use a flashlight and wear a safety vest. A guy near me got hit while crossing the street in heavy fog. His dog didn’t make it, and he was seriously hurt. Stay safe!
Took the dog out too, and yeah, it was creepy. Also in Scotch Plains.
It doesn’t even look real out there. Feels like a scene straight out of a horror movie.
Another one from Scotch Plains here. Same thoughts—it’s like the opening scene of a scary movie.
The fog was so bad I accidentally backed into someone because I couldn’t see two feet ahead.
I like walking my dog in the fog… until he stops, perks up, and stares at something I can’t see. Then he growls and pulls on the leash. That’s when I start panicking. LOL.
I read that as ‘frog’ and was really confused why there wasn’t a picture.
Driving home on the parkway in thick fog a few weeks back was horrible. My auto high beams kept kicking in and making it worse.
Right? I just let the dog out, and it freaked me out.
I have work tomorrow
