Got a new 2024 801A and I’m considering taking off the decals. I like the cleaner look. The guy doing some front-end PPF suggested leaving only the Raptor letters on the tailgate while removing the hood and tail decals. Haven’t seen anyone else do this. What do you all think?
I’ve got the same truck. First thing I did was take them off. Looks so much better.
I really like the full decal set personally.
I think the decals are part of the truck’s identity. You could’ve gone with a regular F150 if you wanted plain. You got a Raptor, so show it off!

I just got mine recently. I’ll keep the decals until they wear out on their own.

Exactly! Raptors are inspired by Baja race trucks. Graphics are part of the look. If you want a clean look, maybe consider an F250 Platinum instead.

I hear you. I have a 2020 with some lettering and a smaller graphic under it, and I like it. I could go either way on removing the extra stuff though.

Now, if you’re going for big 37s, fancy bead lock rims, bumpers, and extra lights, maybe then the clean look makes more sense.
I have a 2024 802A. I wouldn’t have bought it without the graphics—it’s a big part of the appeal for me.

Same here. I passed on trucks with graphics delete.
I pulled mine off within a day of buying it. I like to keep it low-key.
I just got my 2024 and removed all the decals right away.
I had a 2018 without the decals or the big tailgate badge. Sometimes it felt like people thought it was a fake Raptor. I missed having them.
Honestly, decals on an $80k truck feel cheesy. Everyone knows it’s a Raptor without them, and it looks way better clean. The hood ones are okay, but the side ones? No way.
I kept mine on. I think they’re cool, but it’s just personal preference.

@Cade
This is great, thanks! I hadn’t seen a 2024 like this yet. Gives me something to think about.

I took the hood decals off after parking in the sun—the heat made them easy to peel off. The back needed a heat gun but came off in big pieces. Cleaned the residue with no problem.
I have a 24 802A. First thing I did was peel them off. Less is more for me.
