Ford Ranger Raptor?

My company is offering to get me a work truck of my choice with a max budget of $65k. It will most likely be a lease to own situation and used for long drives to meet with commercial property owners and investors at project sites. I’m leaning towards a ‘23 Ranger Raptor but would like to know some comparable options. Brand has to be Ford, Chevy or Nissan to match other brands in our fleet.

For context I directly report to the CEO, who drives a ‘22 F150 Raptor, it’s amazing but out of my price range.

Consider getting an F-150 Tremor.

You likely don’t need the full power of the Raptor, especially since it’s a gas guzzler. A non-Raptor model should do the job.

That said, a “baby Raptor” could be a clever way to strengthen your relationship with the CEO beyond work. While it may cost more to fuel, that might also motivate you to hustle harder.

I’m not sure about the pricing of the Sierra Denali in the U.S., but that’s definitely what I’d consider, especially for long drives.

Out of the options listed, the Ranger Raptor would be my pick. But I’m not sure why you’d go for a 2023 model when 2024s are available under MSRP and still within budget.

Personally, I’d go for a Sierra 1500 AT4 with the diesel engine. Though, for some reason, you’re saying GMC isn’t an option—even though it’s essentially the same as the Chevy, just from GMC.

Yeah no GMC or Ram. I’ll probably get a ‘24.

Can’t get a GMC.

COO has a tremor, so far not impressed with it. I’m leaning towards a smaller/midsize truck.
