Yeah, I’ve had to drive in manual mode sometimes to avoid harsh shifts. Might look into Goosetuned, but for now, turning off Adaptive Trans mode on ForScan has helped a lot.

Mine’s stock with almost 88K miles. Thinking about going Stage 2 with intake, exhaust, intercooler, maybe even turbos since it’s not my daily anymore. Any recommendations on the intercooler?

Yeah, the Gen 3 is a significant upgrade. Gen 3 and Gen 3.5 are similar, but it’s a different story with Gen 2 and 3.

I’m in the same spot as you—keeping the Gen 2 and waiting for the next gen before I consider an upgrade.

Gen 2 is my least favorite! Gen 1 is iconic, Gen 3 has better headlights and tech. But I will say the Gen 2 decals are on point.

I’ve had all three gens, and Gen 2 is hands down the best-looking. Just took off the stickers, and it’s looking even cleaner.

Bought it used last year with 29K miles, drove it home from PA. I’ve got a daily driver and other toys, so it was mostly for trails and towing.

Gotcha, that makes sense. Just giving you a hard time! My Ranger Raptor is my daily, and I’ve racked up 6,600 miles in less than three months.
