I’ve got some light cages in stock (the rear bar for the back). They’re designed to hold a 50” light bar, and I can make them fold back if anyone’s interested! Let me know.
Are those 35s or 37s? I’ve got the same shocks and Deavers, but I’m wondering if I’ll need fiberglass to run 37s. Also, do you have aftermarket uppers? Interested in the rack too; can you DM me?

I’m running 37” BFG KO2s. Without fiberglass, you’d have slight rubbing, especially near the cab corner. My uppers aren’t installed at the moment.
I’ll DM you about the rack. Thanks!
@Lyle
I’m on factory beadlock wheels with +34 offset, and yeah, the factory offset is tricky when looking at UCAs. Pretty sure you know where this is heading—if I go 37s, fiberglass is in my future!
I’m considering Blitzkrieg UCAs. What’s your choice? I can’t get on board with Icon; their stuff’s too ‘brodozer’ for me, coming from 20 years in SoCal.
@Kit
Totally get that. I just finished a truck build for someone else, and we ran into the same issue—stock beadlocks causing the tire to hit the reservoir.
I prefer SVC’s UCA. It’s solid and well-built.
Sorry, I’m not as familiar with this stuff. What exactly am I looking at here?

It’s just a Gen 2 Ford Raptor with front and rear fiberglass. Basically, I replaced the factory fenders and bedsides with higher and wider ones to fit bigger tires.
I had 16 37” BFG KO2s lying around, so I grabbed the four best and put them on the truck. I’ll probably go with something even bigger later.
What shocks are you running?

Fox 3.0s with Icon leaf springs.

What are your front shocks and leafs set at? I’m about to install Fox 3.0s and have my rear leafs on option 2 with the stock shackle.
@Tobi
I’ve got about 2” of preload on the fronts. I also installed IWE deletes.
Option 2 or 3 should work for most setups. Option 4 is only for trucks with full bed racks or ones towing heavy trailers regularly. Even then, I’d still use a drop shackle with option 4.
Edit: Actually, option 1 or 2 is usually enough unless you carry gear often. Not sure why I thought Icons had a fourth option!
@Lyle
I’ve got Icon preload collars with 2018 springs. If I preload to 2”, would that match or exceed your setup, given the shorter length of the 2018 springs? Icon lists 1, 2, and 3 as options, so I’m assuming you’re on option 3? I don’t want to overdo the preload—thinking 2.25 or 2.5 max.
@Tobi
Yeah, my bad on the fourth option thing. I’ve installed about 50 of these setups, but my brain just short-circuited there! What do you mean by 2018 springs?
@Lyle
A Ford tech told me there’s a TSB for plugging or removing certain vacuum lines on the IWE. Does that achieve the same thing as the deletes?

I wouldn’t recommend it. The hub ring could float inside and engage/disengage unpredictably. It might work sometimes, but if it fails, it’ll fail hard. For a quick fix, just unplug it—I’ve done that myself in a pinch.
I think I just peed a little. That’s amazing.
